Role Summary:
As a Java Developer, you'll be instrumental in designing and implementing systems that are crucial for safety-critical environments. You'll be part of a dynamic team, developing interfaces and control positions using the ODS Open Platform, and ensuring seamless integration throughout our development cycle.

Responsibilities:
- The Java Developer will be instrumental in developing high-availability systems
- Engage actively in requirement analysis sessions for a deep understanding of our system and software architecture.
- Spearhead the development of interfaces using the ODS Open Platform protocol.
- Design and develop Control Working Positions (CWP) in line with ODS standards.
- Implement and maintain a robust Continuous Integration System for development processes.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments, adhering to our delivery models.
- Mentor junior team members, leading both technically and in soft skills.
Qualifications:
- We are looking for a Java Developer with at least 5 years of experience in Java software development.
- Proficient in object-oriented Java programming and concepts.
- Familiarity with design patterns, SOLID principles, Java debugging, and unit testing.
- Experience with NetBeans Platform and UML (or willing to learn).
- Skilled in UI design and implementation (or willing to learn).
- Proficiency in continuous integration/delivery, particularly with Maven.
- Dedication to clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Experience with Docker and development tools like JIRA, GitLab/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Coverity, JAMA.
- Solid understanding of Linux and Bash.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
